Challenge

Modernize their waterfall delivery model for SAP projects, characterized by longer QA regression cycles and limited capacity to accommodate only quarterly production releases. Client also relied on full manual testing processes with no performance testing.

Solution

We enabled the switch to an agile iterative process to streamline production releases. This included implementing Shift+Left process optimization to identify issues early in the development cycle, while also launching performance testing to ensure high quality releases.

Result

QA regression cycle duration reduced from 15 to 3 days, Project annual production releases increased to 30+ releases & 7X increase in number of successful new releases annually.
