Xavier Robert is a Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Bridgepoint. He is a member of the firm’s Group Management Committee and Investment Advisory Committee, and currently sits on the boards of MiQ, Kyriba and QualityAI. Prior to joining Bridgepoint, Xavier worked at Total and Ernst & Young. He is a graduate of École des Mines.

Bjørn Ruwald is a Partner and Head of Bridgepoint’s Operational Support Group, the firm’s private equity value creation and portfolio support team. He joined Bridgepoint in 2025, following 14 years with KKR in London and New York, where he was co-head of KKR Capstone in Europe and co-led KKR Capstone’s Digital Value Creation team globally. Prior to KKR, Bjørn worked at McKinsey & Company in Denmark. He holds an MSc in Finance and Accounting and a BSc in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.

Patricia Lawicki is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at TruStage, where she oversees Technology, Data and Analytics, Digital, and AI. She is leading a multi-year transformation of the company’s technology landscape to accelerate digital product delivery and strengthen data-driven customer experiences. Previously, Pat held senior technology leadership roles at Allstate Insurance, Walmart, and across the utility and consulting sectors. She holds a BS from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana University.

Norm Merritt serves on the Board of Directors of QualityAI as a non-executive director. He previously served as CEO of QualityAI, then known as Qualitest, helping drive growth through M&A and organic expansion. Norm has held senior executive roles across technology, software, outsourcing, travel, healthcare systems, and advisory businesses, including ShopKeep, iQor, MortgageIT, Universal Studios, Walt Disney Attractions, and Quality Systems, Inc. He holds a degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Harvard University.

Rajeev Mehta is Co-Founder and Senior Advisor at Recognize. Prior to Recognize, he spent 22 years at Cognizant, where he held senior leadership roles including President, Group CEO of IT Services, and Chief Operating Officer. Raj currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Virtusa and also serves on the boards of Ciklum, Egen, and Revature. He holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Business Management from the University of Maryland.

Maria Alvarez is a technology executive and board director with more than 30 years of experience across artificial intelligence, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and large-scale technology operations. She most recently served as Vice President of Experimentation, AI Platform, Cloud and AI at Microsoft, and previously held senior technology leadership roles at Panda Security and Yahoo. Maria currently serves on the boards of Alkami Technology and Credicorp Ltd.
