Solution

QualityAI conducted a maturity assessment across nine value chains, including interviews, surveys, health checks, and automation proof-of-technology exercises. The team established an operational Quality Management Office, introduced governance, standardized tools and processes, implemented risk-based testing, created requirements traceability matrices, and defined 29 KPIs for consistent reporting.
