An Am Law top 30 firm was undergoing a PBX system upgrade across 5 offices and 1,500 users. A number of critical gaps existed in requirements, stakeholder alignment, and delivery readiness that required an urgent pivot.

Results

We deployed a team of industry-focused business analysts to assess the tech landscape and drive solutions. Over the project, QualityAI would identify and harmonize 200+ requirements through a series of cross-functional workshops. 85 QA tests were developed, while the team coordinated a zero-defect rollout two months ahead of deadline.
