
Rebecca Duncan
Rebecca Duncan is General Counsel, EMEA at QualityAI and a member of the company’s executive leadership team. She brings over 20 years of legal and commercial leadership across complex international technology, outsourcing, and professional services deals. She advises executive teams on high-value, strategic transactions and on building the playbooks and frameworks that enable legal and commercial functions to operate at scale.
Rebecca’s expertise includes AI contracting and governance, technology and financial services regulation, operational resilience, data protection, and strategic commercial contracting in regulated sectors. She has a particular interest inthe intersection of law, technology, and responsible AI development.
Prior to QualityAI, Rebecca spent eight years at Cognizant as a senior legal leader and eight years at EY advising the UK firm’s audit and consultancy practices. She began her career as a litigator at Reed Smith in London. She holds an LLB in Law with French from the University of Birmingham and a Diplôme d’Études Juridiques Français from the University of Limoges. She has also undertaken executive leadership development accredited by Kellogg Executive Education and Harvard Business Publishing. She is a qualified solicitor (England and Wales).
