He specializes in executing global delivery models and collaborating with clients and teams worldwide. Over his career, he has worked across North America, Europe, South America, and Australia, and is now based in India.

At QualityAI, Palani oversees the growth of a strong, scalable delivery organization in India, ensuring it meets client demands and keeps pace with technological advancements. He drives delivery excellence through robust processes, governance frameworks, and a culture of skilling, coaching, and mentoring.

Palani holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy. An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys farming, hiking, cycling, and solo travels to experience diverse cultures around the world.
