Oscar Perez

Oscar Perez is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at QualityAI, and a member of its executive leadership team. Prior to QualityAI, Oscar was Partner & Chief Operating Officer at Infosys Consulting. With more than 25 years of experience across operations, finance, and technology, Oscar has held senior leadership roles including CFO and CTO for multinational organizations. In 2025, Oscar was honored by Consulting Magazine as one of the Top Consultants in the industry.

Oscar was also instrumental in the growth and success of several startups including Adjoined Consulting and CareCloud. In 2019, Oscar was part of the founding team at 8base that won Startup Grind’s Startup of the Year in Silicon Valley. Oscar began his career at Arthur Andersen.

Oscar graduated with an Associate’s Degree from Miami-Dade College, a Bachelor of International Relations from Florida International University, an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, and a Master’s of International Relations from Troy University.
