Kenny Small

Kenny Small is Managing Director, UK at QualityAI, responsible for the region’s strategy, growth and delivery. He helps enterprises turn complex technology change into measurable business value by building trust in critical systems before they go live, with a focus on applying AI at scale to deliver the greatest impact.

Kenny has spent more than 13 years with QualityAI in the UK and North America, progressing from consulting and delivery roles to leading its global Enterprise business. He has led teams across four continents, supporting clients through major transformation programs spanning advisory, engineering, quality and modernization.

His experience combines enterprise platforms, including SAP and Salesforce, with operating model design, governance and executive delivery leadership.

His recent work includes helping clients apply AI agents to engineering and assurance workflows, connecting them with enterprise systems and business context, and establishing appropriate human oversight.

Earlier in his career, Kenny worked in European supply chain IT and business transformation at GlaxoSmithKline. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Politics from Aston University.
