Aviram Shotten is QualityAI’s Chief Transformation Officer and a member of the company’s executive leadership team. With over 20 years of experience in software delivery, large-scale transformation, consulting, and R&D, he specialises in integrating AI into business and technology operations.

Since joining QualityAI, Aviram has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategic growth, leading global M&A initiatives, expanding into new markets, and pioneering innovative approaches across digital engineering and quality engineering.

Based in Haifa, Israel, Aviram is the father of three and enjoys sports, motorsports, and travelling.
