Anna Garnham is Chief People Officer at QualityAI and a member of the company’s executive leadership team. She brings over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, recognized for driving strategic transformation and fostering inclusive, high-performing cultures across global organizations.

Before joining QualityAI, Anna spent 17 years at Infosys Consulting, where she led HR across EMEA before assuming a global remit overseeing employee relations, strategy, compliance, and major transformation initiatives. Her earlier career spans industries including aviation and hospitality, giving her a broad and balanced perspective on people leadership.

Anna holds a BSc in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, grounding her approach in analytical insight and human-centered leadership. She is passionate about creating environments where people thrive and aligning talent strategies with business growth.
